Advokátní kancelář Benešová Beránek Blaha
Company Id. No.: 714 64 689
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We only manage and process your personal data that was requested from you in relation to employment, unless agreed otherwise with you. Such information includes, in particular, your surname, first name, academic title, your day, month and year of birth, permanent residence, current address, nationality, health insurance company, place, district and country of birth, birth identification number, account number, job position, and registration number. Relevant data required by legislation to establish entitlement to tax refunds.
PURPOSE FOR WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED, LEGAL BASIS
In most cases we use your personal data to fulfill the purpose of the agreement concluded between you and us, and to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations. Other particular reasons to process your personal data can also be legitimate interest (on the basis of legitimate interest, we particularly process personal data in the form of so-called cookies through your Internet browser) and consent (if you have granted us explicit consent, we can send you commercial communication on such basis, i.e. e-mail marketing); you are entitled to withdraw such consent at any time, which is described in more detail in the part of this information sheet “Your rights”.
HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We can store and process your personal data, or share it with other processors or recipients, usually entities who provide us with external services (for example, accounting or IT). For the current list of our processors, see http://www.manetech.cz/o-nas/gdpr/zpracovatele.html.
HOW LONG DO WE MANAGE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
We retain your personal data for the period for which the rights and obligations from our contractual relationship must be fulfilled; subsequently, only for such period until our legal obligations to retain such data expire.
You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, the right to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection); furthermore, you have the right to be informed about any breach of your personal data’s security. Specifically, these rights include and can be applied as follows:
Amendment and Supplementation
Contact us at our e-mail address email@example.com or in writing at the address of our headquarters and indicate what data you request to have amended and supplemented, and for what reason.
If you believe that the personal data which we process about you is inaccurate, email us at our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, or write to the address of our headquarters, and indicate what data you request to have rectified and for what reason.
You can ask us to erase your data on those documents which we are not obliged to retain under the law (for example, accounting documents). Your request may be rejected if we are obliged to manage your data for accounting or fiscal purposes, or in relation to establishing facts, court decisions, or exercising our legal claims. Unless it concerns such situation, we will erase your personal data – in particular if: the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was processed; you have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which the data was processed and there is no longer any legal ground for its processing; you have raised an objection against the personal data processing and you believe that an assessment of the objection will show that your interests prevail over our interests in the processing of such personal data in the specific situation; the personal data is being processed contrary to the legal regulations; the obligation of erasure is laid down by special legal regulation; it concerns the personal data of persons below the age of 16 years. You can exercise your right by emailing us at our e-mail address email@example.com, or writing to the address of our headquarters, and indicating what data you request to have erased and, possibly, for what reason.
Restriction of processing
The situation may arise that you object to the incorrectness of your personal data, or that you believe the data processing does not fully comply with the statutory regulations, and/or you believe that we do not need your personal data any longer for the purposes of processing for which we collected it, and/or after raising an objection described below. In such cases, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, by emailing our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or writing to the address of our headquarters and indicating which data whose processing you are requesting to restrict.
Right to object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (as described above), provided you have a reason, you can raise an objection against the processing of such personal data. Contact us at our e-mail address email@example.com or write to the address of our headquarters and indicate what objection you are raising and for what reason.
Access to your personal data
If you want to receive an accurate summary of your personal data which we manage and process, contact us at our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, or write to the address of our headquarters, and indicate that you ask to be sent the below-mentioned information, which we will subsequently send to you in writing, or electronically, to the address shown in your request. You can ask for information about the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients of your personal data, and the retention period of your personal data; you can also inquire about your rights related to your personal data.
If you have reasonable doubts that we are not processing your personal data in compliance with the legislation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection), who can be contacted at www.uoou.cz. Before you lodge a complaint, do not hesitate to contact us at the e-mail address email@example.com, or in writing at the address of our headquarters.
